Terms & Conditions:

Delivery is limited to what can fit in our delivery
van. Some fish tanks, bird cages, enclosures or aviaries may not be available
for delivery, depending on size and weight, and must be collected directly from
the shop by yourself or an alternative delivery service.

Orders may be made via the online shop or phone
call and must be paid in advance prior to delivery.

Delivery not available on weekends. Live animals
cannot be delivered.
