postage and confirm postage fees if applicable.

Delivery is limited to what can fit in our delivery van. Some fish tanks, bird cages,
enclosures or aviaries may not be available for delivery, depending on size,
and must be collected directly from the shop.

Orders may be made via the online shop or phone call, and must be paid in advance
prior to delivery.

Delivery not available on weekends. Live animals cannot be delivered.
