VIRBAC EPI SOOTHE SIS SHAMPOO

With the soothing effect of Colloidal Oatmeal, Epi-Soothe cleanses and moisturises the skin and coat of dogs and cats with normal, itchy or dry skin.



Colloidal oatmeal - contact with the skin helps soothe irritated skin, whilst gently cleansing dirt and allergens from the coat.

Spherulites – spherulites included in Epi-Soothe shampoo bind to the hair and remain there in layers after rinsing. They allow for a sustained release of the colloidal oatmeal and moisturising ingredients onto the skin and hair, enhancing the barrier function of the skin.

Chitosanide – chitosanide reinforces the polarity of the Spherulites, thus enhancing their attachment to the hair and skin forming a protective barrier for the coat and skin. This barrier, as well as being protective, can assist in minimising the dryness of the skin.

Epi-Soothe SiS may also be used as a topical treatment for dogs or cats where shampooing may offer some relief of itching or dry skin.

Composition:

2% Colloidal Oatmeal 21 mg/mL

5% Glycerin 52 mg/mL

Glycotechnology (Rhamnose, Galactose, Mannose, Lauryl glucoside)

Defensin technology (Peumus boldus leaf extract, Spiraea ulmaria extract)

Dosage & directions for use:

Use lukewarm water to thoroughly wet the skin and coat. Use a sponge to wet the skin around the face.

Apply shampoo to several points over the body. Gently massage into the coat and skin thoroughly.

Leave shampoo on for 5 – 10 minutes to allow for sufficient contact time and bet results.

Thoroughly rinse off shampoo using lukewarm water.
